Harry is one of my favorite characters from the anime Outlaw Star. Yes he usually does wear a shirt but I just felt like coloring more skin :)
This picture took me a long time to make because I was trying something new, cell shading. I usually use the dodge/burn type shadings, so trying to draw selected areas with the mouse then pick a shade color and fill it with was challenging. Not to mention I have no idea how to shade hair. But orther than that I think it turned out ok.
