Who stole the cookie from the cookie jar?

Actually had some time to doodle today after finishing a midterm in Sports Med. I think he's kinda cute in a weird punkish-elf way. I still don't know why I thought of cookies. I guess I was hungry.

edit: After showing this to friends they say this looks like CyberFish(the human) with slicked back hair. And uh, without the pointy ears (and with eyebrows).
