Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, November 12 2009, at 6:00 PM at the Town of Round Lake Town Hall, located at 10625 County Road A, a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED BUDGET for 2010 of the Town of Round Lake, Sawyer County, will be held. The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the Town Clerk's office on Monday's from 6 p.m. - 7p.m & Thursdays from 9a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or by appointment (715-462-9271).

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ELECTORS OF THE
TOWN OF ROUND LAKE, SAWYER COUNTY

Notice is hereby given that on Thursday November 12, 2009 immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed budget, which begins at 6:00 p.m. at the town hall, a special Town Meeting of the electors called pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the Town Board for the following purposes will be held:
1. To approve the total highway expenditures for 2010 pursuant to Sec. 82.03 of Wis. Statutes.
2. To set compensation of elected town officials for the term of office beginning April 2010 through April 2012 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(b) of Wis. Statutes.
3. To adopt the 2009 town tax levy to be paid in 2010 pursuant to Section 60.10(1) (a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
4. To authorize fire station building addition.
