This page includes research on Captain J. W. Phillips' Light Artillery Co., C.S.A of Tennessee. Men from Fayette, Hardin & Wayne Counties of TN joined this unit in Oct 1861. A letter from Lieutenant L. E. Wright, dated April 22, 1865, said there were only 15 effectives left in the battery.
