RETREAT REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in joining us for a Directed Retreat or Special Weekend Program.

To register by mail, please download, complete, and mail the Registration Form along with your registration deposit of $50.  We are now accepting credit cards and you may enter your credit card information on the registration form. However, please note - applications and/or payments are not accepted by phone. If paying with a check, your payment and registration must be mailed to the Spirituality Center. If paying with a credit or debit card, you may mail in your registration or you can fax the registration form to 337-662-3187. You will receive a confirmation letter and further information shortly after your application is processed.
