GENERAL INFORMATION FOR RETREATANTS
With some few exceptions for weekend programs, please plan to arrive at the Center between 4:00 and 5:30 p.m. on the afternoon your retreat or program begins.
Housing facilities are forty-nine single private rooms with wash basins; bath facilities and rest rooms are common. Those who have special physical or dietary needs should indicate these on their application form.
Deposits for special programs are not transferable to other similar types of programs. Deposits for directed retreats are transferable within six months of the date of the initial retreat. When sending checks to the Center, please BE SURE to indicate the purpose of the remittance. This facilitates an accurate crediting of accounts.
Please note that reservations are not made by phone, only by mail, e-mail or fax using the proper form along with the appropriate deposit; this should be done at least one week prior to the beginning date of the particular retreat or program. If you chose to e-mail your registration form, we strongly discourage you from including your credit or debit card information in the unsecured e-mail. Once you e-mail the registration form to us, you may call us with your credit/debit card information. If you chose to fax your registration, you will need to include credit or debit card information for payment. A registration form for making a reservation is included as part of our brochure on the last page as well as on our web site in the "Registration" link. A RETREAT OR SPECIAL PROGRAM WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL THE RESERVATION FORM WITH THE PROPER DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED. After receiving your registration form and deposit, you will receive a confirmation letter which will list articles that you should bring with you for the retreat or program.
PLEASE NOTE that some retreats and especially weekend programs fill to capacity very quickly. Should ANY session be full when an application is received, the sender is notified and his/her name is placed in chronological order on a waiting list. If space becomes available, the applicant is informed immediately in the order in which the request was received. If the program remains full, deposits from those waiting are refunded after the final day of the program. Insistence upon attending any said program after being informed that it is filled is out of order, considering that others might already be waiting. Be assured that everything possible is done to accommodate people who wish to attend retreats and/or other programs here. Therefore, your cooperation in maintaining your place in turn on the waiting list is greatly appreciated.
The Jesuit Spirituality Center reserves the right to make adaptations of stated policies or any needed last minute schedule changes, according to the discernment of the Director and the staff.

Five-day retreats $350.00
Three-day retreats $210.00
Depostis: (non-refundable) $50.00
Insufficient funds should not keep anyone from making a retreat at the Jesuit Spirituality Center. A retreatant who cannot afford the published fee may apply to the Director for a waiver, a reduction, or an extension of time for payment.
