About the company: S.A.W. Construction Co., Inc. is owned by Steve A. Waltemate. He has lived in the area since birth (1947), and has been working in the construction industry since 1970. In 1980 Steve formed
S.A.W. Construction Co. Since then Steve has built a reputation as a quality builder in this area, and some would say the best. Steve strives to make his buildings low maintenance. He does this by using his 30 years of
experience. Steve knows what will work in our marine environment and what will make a house low maintenance. Together with his son, Robert, Steve has built many houses and commercial buildings in the area.
Rob took over as President in 2009, and together they have over 45 years experiance in construction here on the Peninsula!
Cabinets: Were are now a Diamond Cabinet dealer, so we can offer the owner more cabinets for less money. We also sell to the general public. So if you need to update your bathroom or kitchen, we will sell you
