Notes
from Kate
the Director of Youth Ministry Mexico Trip-Summer 2007 The trip we took to Navajoa this summer was unforgettable. Every morning when we woke up, it was amazing how rewarding it felt. Building a nursery/garage was very gratifying because you knew it was making a difference. Even though our building wasn't very good, it was still better than a lot of other buildings. The trip opens your eyes to how much better we have it. The most rewarding part of the trip was the friendships that were formed. Whether it was through sawing, hammering, eating or playing a game of soccer, the bonds of friendship were bound tightly. Even though I was a victim of Montezuma's revenge, it was still one of the best experiences of my life. James Earley Good Shepherd Lutheran Church
