This base was originally made Exclusively for TP, but since TP has been down for months now and I am not sure if they are coming back or not, I have decided to release it to the General public. I just really hate to see a base to go waste ;P I am calling it Rune, because at one time it was a 'Secret' base of sorts. Please be sure to read my terms of use before using these bases.
