Mary, his wife of Albemarle, Tabitha <span class=SpellE>Kennerly</span> of County of Augusta, Catherine Garth of County of Todd, State of KY on one part and Francis Wayt, Sarah Wayt, Judith Wayt, and Elizabeth Wayt of Albemarle County on the other hand ......for $1687.71....358 acres in Albemarle County adjoining the land of Thomas Garth, John <span class=SpellE>Fagg</span>...and <strong><span style='font-family:Arial; color:black;font-weight:normal'>being the same part or Parcel of land of which</span></strong><b><span style='color:black'> </span></b></span><strong><span style='font-weight:normal'>George Wayt</span></strong><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'>, late of the county and state died seized and (I swear this is what the word looks like!!) <span class=SpellE><em><span style='font-family:Arial'>popeped</span></em></span> to have and to hold.
