The bassist for the Neighbors.  Jake, thought by some to be the 4th Bee Gee, fritters and wastes his hours learning the first 15 seconds of every song he hears.  He hopes to some day take his lounge act on the road, but has yet to find another musician willing to play Barbra Streisand and Burt Bacharach numbers.
