The guitarist for the Neighbors.  Chris, self-nicknamed "Frank" and called "The Ladies Man" by others, is rarely photographed without a microphone in front of his forehead.  This Bad Boy of Rock titillates audiences with his sardonic euphemisms and scares his band mates with prophecies of Armageddon.
