The HELP menu provided by Netscape is very useful. It details these tasks as well as most every other possible web page creation question that could arise.

Version 7 is not the latest version, but it works and acts the same in Windows and Mac formats, and it is a FREE download. Version 8, the newest version of the software, is only available in Windows format.
