Onalaska Middle School Football OMS @ Viroqua; October 8, 2007

Recap: The Tigers improved their record to 5 - 0 with a 16 - 0 win at Viroqua October 8. This game saw the reserves start and play the entire game on both offense and defense. The defense pitched a shutout keeping Viroqua from ever getting into scoring position. Defensive highlights included 2 interceptions and one fumble recovery along with numerous tackles for loss. The swarming defense lived up to their motto, " Eleven to the ball!" The offense ground out several long drives which accomplished two team goals: one was to put points on the scoreboard, and the other was to keep Viroqua's offense off the field. Both goals were realized by strong play from the front seven and elusive running by the backfield. Great effort guys!
