His background includes an Associate of Technical Arts Degree in Construction Management, operating as a multi-faceted general contractor, and employment serving as a county building inspector. Jim possesses the technical knowledge of home construction, mechanical systems, and has the ability to ensure that construction conforms to the minimum requirements of the Uniform Codes.

Jim also offers Home Inspection Services. He recommends that anyone considering buying a home should learn as much as they can about the condition of the property and the need for any major repairs. A home inspection before purchase can minimize any unpleasant surprises and difficulties afterwards. Jim will provide a written report of the information needed to make an informed purchase decision.
