Kuntree Design's![]() Flower Tutorial![]()   I was tinkering around in my PSP Program and came up with this cute Kuntree flower. Any resemblence to any other image is purely coincidental. This is a simple procedure and filters are not necessary.  This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro 7 but can be done in Paint Shop Pro 6 as well. You can download a 30 day trial version here. ![]()   1.) Start by opening up a new image 200 x 200, transparent, 16 million colors. This will give you plenty of room to work in. You can resize later if you like.   2.) Click on your draw tool Using these
settings.
![]()   3.) Starting in the Center cirlce your cursor around till it meets to form your flower. It should look something like this. If you are not happy with you flower shape hit Ctrl and Z togther and try it till you get a shape that you do like. ![]()   4.) Go up to Layers/New Raster Layer.   5.) Set your background color on your Color Palette to #739573.   6.) With your Draw Tool draw a leaf shape. If you are not happy with you flower shape hit Ctrl and Z togther and try it till you get a shape that you do like.   7.) On your layer Palette drag Layer 2 under layer 1. That will move your leaf shape under the flower.   8.) Use the Deformation tool to get your leaf placed where you want it. Click apply once you have it where you want it.   9.) Duplicate Layer 2 by right clicking on that layer and then clicking on Duplicate.   10.) Go up to Image/Mirror. A new leaf should be visible.   11.) Use your Mover Tool to arrange your
leaves.
  12.) Set your background color to null. Using your Draw Tool add a vein to each leaf.   13.) Go up to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.   14.) Go up to Selections/Select All   15.) Go up to Selections/Float.   16.) Click on the Spray Can use these settings. ![]()   17.) Set your background color to null on your color Palette.   18.) Go up to Layers/New Raster Layer   19.) With your Spray Can tap your left mouse button once for a quick spray.   20.) On your layer Palette move your fader Bar to 50.
  21.) Go up to Layer/Merge/Merge Visible.   22.) Go up to Selections/Select None.   23.) Save as a tube. To do this go up to File/Export/Picture Tube. A new window will open up. Name your tube and you are done.   I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. You can also draw a stem and then make your leaves. Try different colors for your flowers.
