“Your
Ancestor In The Military” - Brent Morgan's program is a look at
web sites on the internet covering major wars and military conflicts
of our country starting with King Philips's War
and ending with the War on Terrorism. Helpful hints in finding
information on the wars
in which our ancestors participated.
The Lorain County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society is pleased to welcome veteran genealogist Brent Morgan presenting "Your Ancestor in the
Military" on Monday, April 14, 2008 at the North Ridgeville Public Library, 35700 Bainbridge Rd., North Ridgeville.
Social time at 6:30 pm; the program and a general business meeting at 7:00 pm.
Brent Morgan serves as the Chair of the Society of Civil War Families of Ohio, as the Registrar of the Son's of the American Revolution, Richmond, Virginia
Chapter, and formerly served as the Genealogist for the Western Reserve Society Son's of the American Revolution.
His program, "Your Ancestor in the Military" will review web sites on the Internet that address major wars and military conflicts of our country starting
with King Philip's War and ending with the War on Terrorism. Brent will offer helpful hints in finding information on the wars in which or ancestors
participated. The public is invited to attend this free program.
