The Ministry of Lakeside Lutheran Church is to be the People of the Triune God in this place.  We are a Bible based family of Christian believers; worshiping, learning, witnessing and serving together through the Spirit to the Glory of God; Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

1.    Together we WORSHIP:
        - by sharing Word and Sacrament joyfully and openly,
        - by welcoming all believers to fully participate in the
          Spirit's gifts.
        - by praising and thanking God in song and prayer.
2.    Together we LEARN and GROW:
        - by recognizing the life-long call to grow in grace and truth
          as  we are nurtured in God's Word.
        - by challenging ALL, young and not-so-young, to share the
          opportunities to grow.
        - by teaching and nurturing others by example.
3.    Together we WITNESS:
        - by expressing our faith in everyday words and deeds,
        - by proclaiming the Word of Love, forgiveness, acceptance
          and hope that we share.
        - by building a supportive fellowship among ourselves, and
          reaching out to include others.
        - by providing opportunities for personal growth and spiritual
          development to all.
4.     Together we SERVE:
        - by working in the Church, our community and the world,
          to break down the barriers which divide people.
        - by striving to alleviate human suffering caused by hunger,
          poverty, abuse and injustice.
        - by being sensitive stewards of the beauty and gifts of
          Creation.
