STATION ACTIVITY REPORTS AND PUBLIC SERVICE HONOR ROLL INFORMATION

STATION ACTIVITY REPORT: (Information obtained from the ARRL Public Service Communications Manual)

Messages handled during the month to be reported to the Section Traffic Manager by the 5th of the following month.

Originated: One point for each message originated from a third party (other than another HAM). This extra credit is given for off the air function because of contact with the general public.

Sent: Every message sent over the air from your station to another amateur station. A message that is eligible for the originating credit would also get an extra count as sent. All sent points require on the air sending.

Received: A message received over the air whether received for relaying (sending) or for delivery to the addressee.

Any message received for your station is still eligible for a received point.

Delivered: The act of delivery of a message to a third party. This is in addition to the Received point. This is strictly and off the air function coupled with the Received point. Thus you can't get a Delivered point unless you first get a Received point.
