Within the first 100 to 150 days of lactation, several problems are faced.  The following is a list of problems and how FIRST 100 can go a long way toward correcting these problems:

Problem 1: Cows won't breed.
    Beta Carotene!

Several university studies have shown Beta Carotene to be effective in promoting earlier ovulation, higher estrus, higher conception rates, and fewer services per conception.  Suplemental Beta Carotene also reduced incidence of ovarian cysts.

Problem 2: Ketosis.
   Niacin!

In one field trial in Wisconsin with 508 cows, 6 grams of niacin per day reduced the incidence of clinical ketosis from 4.8 to 1.5%.  Niacin also plays a role in correcting Fat Test as well as stimulating the appetite.  A University of New Hampshire study using 196 cows showed a milk increase of 3.2 pounds per head per day.

Problem 3: Mastitis.
    Zin Pro!

In one university study, Zin Pro reduced somatic cell count by 41.2%, increased milk production by 5.9%, and reduced clinical mastitis by 50%.  Zin Pro bypasses the rumen, making this unique nutrient available for rapid absorption.

Problem 4: Getting cows onto feed.
    Yeast Culture!

Yeast stimulates appetite and helps maintain maximum dry matter intake.  By stimulating rumen fermentation, it improves fiber digestion 5-10% resulting in greater milk production and butterfat synthesis.   Daily milk production is usually improved 1 to 2 pounds per day and fat test improved 1 to 2 points.  FIRST 100 contains 75% yeast culture.

Problem 5: Stress / Diseases.
    Lactobacillus!
Acidophilus Live Microbial Culture!

First 100 provides an excellent viable source of microbial lactobacillus culture.  It is extremely important to maintain appetite and gut integrity during strees and/or disease conditions.
First 100 contains 116,224,000,000 C.F.U. (Colony Forming Units) in every pound!
