"24-7”

and seven days a week
Used to denote activities such as the business interests responsible for
running the election process non-stop all the time …”never sleeping”
"Edward Bernays”
Edward Bernays is generally considered one of the moist
important and influential men of the 20th century. He was perhaps the most prolific
propagandizer of the 20th century. He
in fact started the public relations industry inn the 1920s and even coined
the term “public relations.” He was the author of the three principal texts
on the techniques of public opinion manipulation: Propaganda (1923); Crystallizing Public Opinion
(1931); and Engineering Consent
(1938). Ironically he used these same techniques vigorously
to keep his own name and accomplishments out of the public eye throughout
his sixty-year career.

corporate interest”
In the context of this website, these are the business interests of any corporation in the
outcome of an election of public officials
“Democratic Party”
This is one portion of the one party system in this
country. The other is the Republican
party. No significant policy
differences exist between these two aspects of the same corporation-driven
machinery. By suggesting the illusion
of a” two party system” in this country, they successfully sell the same
message to two entirely different social, political, and economic demographic
populations.

“the poor”
As opposed to the “Rich”. Those individuals and families whose
value is measured in Money, who do not work directly for the wealthy and are
not allowed to share in their largess. They are divided into the “Working Poor” and
the “Non-working Poor”.
“the Working Poor”
This class of individuals and families represents the workers
in this country who are reimbursed by the Rich in return for their labor
which is measured in hours. The do
not share in the largess of the Wealthy class, and are either salaried or
hourly-paid. In either case they are paid not for what they produce but
only for their time. Therefore,
instead of being common expenses against income as labor is considered in
most of the world , the Working Poor are considered
direct expenses against profit. As a
result, and uniquely to the American business model, the labor of the
workers is something that corporations have always had the dream opf somehow elliminating.
the Non-Working Poor”
This class of individuals and families represents the
non-workers or “criminal class” in this country. While the laws regarding social and economic
conditions in this country are intended to suppress the entire Poor class, criminal
laws are specifically aimed at the Non-Working Poor class.

“ArundhaTi Roy"
ruling class”
Yes, Virginia, there is
a class system in this America. It is run by the “ruling class” which is
comprised of the “Wealthy” and the “Rich”.
The Wealthy individuals and families are those own the “natural resources”
of this country --- the land itself and the labor produced by the people
living on it. The Rich class is made up of those
individuals who work directly for the Wealthy and are allowed to share to a
limited extent in the largess of their wealth. The Rich operate primarily through their daily
operation of the various corporations owned by the Wealthy. Unlike the Wealthy, whose value is
measured in the extent of their ownership and holdings, the value of the
Rich is measured in money.
