After several years of dancing inactivity at Sonja Lodge, some lodge members began dancing in 1986 with the help of Bev and Howard Loseth. The group dances for fun and some members perform at the Junction City Scandinavian Festval in August, Salem Scandinavian Fall Festival and various other events. Members also participate in Scandia Salem Tuesday dance classes (7PM Micah Hall 680 State St.N.E. Salem, OR) and Last Friday Dances in Salem with live music.
