There are very few resources out in the Star Trek universe for the original Tactical Combat Simulator board game, but the few I've managed to stumble upon I'm including on this Link page.
One of my true favorites here is the ST:SSTCS Millennium Archive and Update site. Brad Torgersen has really beefed up his site with great navigation, boatloads of images and statistics, plus a lot of commentary about every aspect of the game and Star Trek in general that really hits the nail on the head - I strongly recommend his site! (And just cuz he posted a couple of my ships doesn't mean I'm kissing his butt, LOL!)
Ex Astris Scientia is a perennial favorite, and I have gone here numerous times to research a lot of Star Trek items.
Starship Tactical Combat Simulator Design Consortium is a good site, with alternate rules, game play aids, and ships.
