Step 11:  Wrap the peacock herl forward; I usually do a couple of wraps where I tied the legs in.  Tie the herl of at about 5% of the shank length behind the eye, leaving room for the head.

Step 12:  I like to put a small drop of Zap a Gap or Super Glue on the parachute post before wrapping the hackle.  Wrap the hackle down the post, and tie it off where the peacock herl was tied off at.

Step 13:  Form a small head, whip finish and head cement.  If your parachute post is too tall, you can trim it down a bit.
