Rocky Ford Creek
Rocky Ford is a spring fed creek located in the Eastern Washington desert, not far from both Moses Lake and Ephrata.  This is a very popular fishing spot, and can be quite crowded at times.  The creek is catch and release fly fishing only and there is no wading allowed.
The fish here see a lot of flies and thus can be quite challenging to catch at times, on other occasions though, the fish can be very cooperative.  The creek contains mostly rainbow trout (99.9%), but it is also reported to have a few cutbows, and some Atlantic salmon.   During the winter, tiny flies like scuds and midges are extremely popular here.  It the summer the hopper fishing can be explosive at times, and streamers should not be overlooked here either.
