This is a pattern that I came up with for resident coho salmon at one of my local spots, it has proved its worth over the short amount of time that I have been using it and often gets very voilent takes from the fish cutthroat and salmon alike.  It gets its name because of the fact that it is not a true slider pattern and the material that is used which was recently introduced by hairline and can be found at www.wildernessangler.com

A top view of the fly.  The permanent marker coloring is optional.
