Step 5:   Tie in a piece of about 8 wild turkey tail fibers wrapping the thread back of the dubbing a to about the 65% point.  Step 6:  Tie in two silicone rubber legs that extend about 1/4 of a shank length beyond the bend of the hook. Step 7:  Dub the first thorax as to cause the legs to extend back toward the tail at an angle.  Pull the turkey fibers over the thorax and tie it off (DON'T CUT THE TURKEY FIBERS YET!!).
