My warranty goes like this....

*Home*

*Back*

If your rabbit is sold to you as a breeding rabbit, you get one  that I have myself used successfully

as a breeder unless told otherwise. If you are sold a show quality rabbit...your rabbit will not look bad or shame

you unless due to your own doing (ex. poor grooming, care, improper feed, neglectful behavior...ect) which

if found, warranty will be void. However if you are sold a junior, an in between rabbit, or a pet/rescue I can

only guarantee one thing and that is, that the animal is healthy. You took the chance with purchasing it and

its up to you the buyer to check over the animal thoroughly. I guarantee that all my animals are sold

healthy, up to 7 days after the purchase. I will offer a replacement of equal value (if available),

but after that they are in your hands. If you choose not to accept what is offered as the

replacement then it is your choice.  Replacement  MUST be picked up no later than 7

days unless other arrangements have been made prior.  I WILL NOT  guarantee their nails; as too much

can change from just maturing (especially with the dilute colors), to breakage. It is up to you the buyer

to completely examine the animal and I will be happy to answer any and all questions about it.

Warranty will be void if any signs  of abuse, neglect, or injury are present,

if its housed with any other animals

(including other rabbits), improper feed, water, or if care instructions were given and not followed.

A non-refundable deposit (half of purchase price ~ NO checks, cash or money orders only) will hold

rabbits up to 20 days (or a pre-arranged date set up being myself and buyer)

after that they will be put up for sale again.  If you the buyer choose not to purchase the bunny after placing a

deposit for ANY reason then it is non-refundable, but as the seller and I choose to back out of a sale then

your deposit will be returned.  I reserve the right to end a sale at any time I choose for any reason that I feel.

Being that all of my rabbits are raised with excellent temperaments, as well as great personalities

and are  I expect the same treatment in their new homes as well. All are quite

lovable and will take any and all the attention that you decide to give it (which is a lot ~ I hope).
