on this web site are part of my own personal collection. My name is
Michael Schweissguth and I have been actively buying, selling and
trading John Deere precisions as well as other toys and merchandise of
all brands since the early 90's. As being part of a family owned John
Deere dealership, Schweissguth
Bros., Inc., I find it fun and entertaining to attend some of the
many great farm toy shows in the St Louis and surrounding areas in the
off season. I generally attend the shows held at Bloomington IL, Peoria
IL, St Louis MO, Quincy IL, as well as others as time allows. I also
actively pursue purchasing closeout inventory from John Deere, and Ertl
and excess inventory from other dealers. This particular web site is
devoted exclusively to the Agco precision replica lines. The Precision
Series lines are some of the most highly detailed replicas of farm
machinery ever produced. Listed on the main page you will find a brief
description of all the current Agco Precision Series releases. You will
also find a few special editions and variations. Since these
collectors items are not toys you will find the prices may vary greatly
depending on several points. The age of the item, the rarity of the
item, condition of the replica, the completeness of the replica and the
condition of the box. Therefore, inventory may vary in price
accordingly. Please keep in mind that the inventory may not necessarily
be new. Many items I may purchase second hand because of the length of
time that they have been discontinued. Each item is opened for
inspection, its condition is carefully evaluated, it is returned to its
original packing and notations are made along with each listing. I do my
best to make a thorough inspection of each replica and box to provide an
accurate description of each item. |
