The ART of TRAINING DOGS for service to mankind, is not granted to every trainer who seeks it. In its purest form, it is as elusive as ESP. It does not come with issuance of a certificate or found in books or printed material. It is more then a feeling, less of a science but for the select few, truly a God given skill.
The learning curve, for those who will be great trainers can come early or late in life. It should not be confused with the concept that the just because a person has a certificate or the most experience, they will be a good trainer.
A good trainer is like the K9 selection test, only the best ones rise to the top.
Nothing that you read here, will say that we have all the answers. What works for my dog, may not work for yours. If you are looking for solutions, we hope we have some answers, or we point you in the direction to someone who does. We see no reason to withhold information, if ultimately you can benefit from it.
