Dan Hafferman retired from police work in 2000. He started his career as a police officer in Montana and finished as a detective for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, Las Vegas, Nevada. He is was a Police K9 handler for six years and a K9 agitator for ten years. He was certified as a police K9 handler in 1981 and a PSP K9 Instructor in 1985. He has training and experience in Search & Rescue operations and mantracking. He was certified as a helper/agitator in DVG Schutzhund and trained one dog for the sport. Bill Cassell is a police officer with Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Las Vegas, Nevada. He is a former Las Vegas Metro police K9 handler and until recently, assigned to the Search and Rescue detail. He has extensive experience training Police and SAR K9 handlers, both privately and professionally. He has assisted as a training advisor and instructor for numerous Police K9 training seminars through the United States.
