The day we purchased our Buick we drove from the sellers house to a local tire shop and had four new radial tiers installed. They did not have Wide White Walls in stock so we had to make due with what was available.
If you have been following this in order, you know BOB was sporting a new set of wheels. Living so close to Dallas does have it's advantages. We were able to locate a tire distributor that stocked the size needed for our Buick with wide whites. Adding these to the new wheels really dressed BOB up.
We did have one issue with the tires. Once when crossing I40 in Oklahoma we had a blow out. We replaced it with a new one and have had no problems in the many miles since.
