Next Club Event: Cruise on Friday, July 6th.  Hosted by Tom and Bob Jeffers

Our next cruise will be this coming Friday July 6th.  We will meet at Goose Island County Park in a shady area near Shelter #1.  Goose Island County Park is just south of La Crosse off highway 35.  We can meet about 6 pm with the plan to depart about 6:35 pm.  It will be about a 55 minute cruise to Norwegian Hollow Hideaway. This is a new bar and they serve sandwiches.  They have a web site with pictures, their menu and directions.

We hope that you are looking at the dates where there is club participation and reserving them.  Although not a big club, we do have a presence and impact on the community.  If you haven’t responded to Sue about the Sand on the Riverfront scheduled for August 17th and 18th, please do so soon.  Every year we participate in an event that benefits our community and this is the first of two for 2007. Also in the works is a 1st Anniversary celebration for “The Train Station BBQ” at the end of July.  This year, leading the way, will be River City Corvettes.
