Next Meeting

Thursday, June 15, cruising to Pickwick for an all you can eat buffet.  Meet in the park behind the American Legion Club in La Cresent between 5:30 and 6:00 pm.  The buffet cost is $6.95 or $7.95.

The club had a couple of events in May.  First the multi-club cruise to see Jarid in Stoddard was big hit with Jarid and all (13 cars) that made the trip there, and the following cruise to Westby for some eatin’.  The club also volunteered to watch over the vehicles of the Crown-Vic club while they made a dinner cruise.  Between their cars, our members. and drive-in’s, it turned our to be a mini car show and sparked some more interest in our club. That was equally a fun afternoon.  Thanks to all who participated in these two events.

Member Profile – Jack Darling

                                                          

 

Jack Darling is from La Crosse and a new member to our club.  He and his wife Pat have two children and on their 40^th wedding anniversary bought this wonderful 1956 Ford Crown Victoria.  Jack also owns a 1928 Ford Model A Special Coupe with a rumble seat and a 1966 Lincoln Continental.  Welcome aboard Jack!
