Rev. Sandy Schaller is the minister at Centralia United Methodist Church. After 17 years as a trial lawyer, Sandy received her call to the ministry in January 1995 and attended Eden Theological Seminary, receiving her M.A. in 1999. Sandy served Salem in Ladue for almost four years, and was then appointed to the First United Methodist Church in Sikeston then back in the St. Louis area, for four years at First United Methodist Church in Webster Groves. Sandy is still getting to know our church and its needs. She wants the church to be a beacon for Christ in our community…the best we can do as a church is simply reach those who have not heard the Word. She looks forward to working with all ages with a high priority on youth outreach. Befitting a Methodist Clergy, Sandy’s personal philosophy is the same as the church’s founder, John Wesley, “Do all the good you can, for all the people you can, in all the places you can, for as long as you can. But above all, do no harm.”
