I have been feeding my dogs a B.A.R.F. (Biologically Appropriate Raw Diet) diet for almost 3 years. After having so many friends loose dogs at very young ages to cancer, I started to investigate healthy alternatives to commercial dog foods. After some research and talking to other breeders I stumbled upon raw diets. At first, I was very skeptical that this way of feeding my dogs would be both cost effective and convenient. However, I was determined to "see for myself" if all of the benefits to feeding raw were true. Well, let's just say I was amazed at the difference in my dogs and my husband was pleased with the difference in the yard clean up. Needless to say, after all of the improvements in my dogs I am a raw diet advocate for dogs and cats. I discovered Columbia River Pet Foods about 6 months ago, and I have been feeding my dogs their wonderful products ever since.
