Hot Dog Chowder

Ingredients

Cook hotdogs, and onions in the butter until the onions are translucent. Add the carrots until they slightly soften. Sprinkle the flour, salt, and pepper, and garlic if desired over the hotdogs and carrots. Mix well until paste is formed. Add milk all at once mixing constantly. Cook until slightly bubbly. Add the broth and simmer for about 20-30 minutes. Add the celery and peas. Cook until boiling. Add pasta, turn off burner, and cover for 15-20 min. or until pasta is tender. Enjoy. Serves 3-4 main dish servings.
