Chick-Pea-Nuts
1 can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
your favorite seasonings (I use chili powder and garlic powder with a touch of seasoning salt.)
Drain and rinse peas well. Pat slightly dry, shake seasonings on. (I'm sorry, depending on the seasonings and your personal tastes you have to just experiment.) Bake at 325 for 15 min. on a greased cookie sheet. Then turn so they don't stick. Turn every 20-30 min until well cooked. They will be crunchy and won't be mushy in the middle about 2 hours.
My brother thinks they taste similar to fritos. I love them and so does my 3 year old son!
