Beef Stroganoff



This is a little different from the usual beef stroganoffs that I have had, but personally this one is the easiest and tastiest I have ever had! I grew up on this version and it was my favorite meal growing up!! You can do this in a large pot on the stove, but I prefer doing it in a slow cooker, it makes the meat really tender. The longer teh better!

Ingredients

  1. 2lb Beef Sirloin cut into bite sized pieces
  2. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  3. 1 can cream of celery soup
  4. 1/2 c chopped onion
  5. 1 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1 tsp paprika
  7. 1/2 c butter
  8. 1 c sour cream
  9. 1 really large can of mushrooms
  10. dash of pepper
  11. dash of garlic salt
  12. Hot noodles

Brown onion, butter, & meat slowly not to burn. Add soups and mushrooms. Simmer at least 20-30 minutes, but the longer you can the better! 10 min before serving add the spices and sour cream. Serve over hot noodles.
