Ground Beef Casserole

2 pounds ground chuck
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
9 cups cooked egg noodles
1 pound Velveeta, cubed
1 can whole corn, drained
1 can condensed chicken with rice soup, undiluted
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup milk
salt & pepper

In dutch oven cook beef, green pepper & onion until meat is no longer pinkand veggies are tender, drain. Remove from heat. Stir in remainingingredients. Transfer to 2 greased 2 1/2 quart baking dishes. Cover and bake for 45 minutes on 350. She takes this opportunity to eat one and freeze one with this recipe. Her daughter's favorite meal!
