Welcome to Jeff and Glenda’s
Log Home Construction Page!

The logs are stacked, the
garage framed, the roof will soon be installed.
If we only knew what lay ahead for us . . .

The
roof system being installed. The only part of the
house walls that aren’t logs are the bay window, shown here as stick
frame. Please hold off with the rain
just a little longer.

Once roofed, framing inside
began. It was like a big, hollow gym
before the walls went up.

the house during construction.

It’s a mess, but with enough
snow on it, it’s a pretty mess.
In the background left of the
house is our little 24’ fifth wheeler that we lived in for a while on-site. This photo was taken from the steps of
Jeff’s parents’ camper trailer, which they let us live in during the winter of
2003-2004. What a relief that was. We moved into the house in the Spring of 2004.
