Hi everyone:

Not bad this time it only took us 6 months to update the web page.  The picture on the main page is, Gray ( 6 years old) and our new puppy Ebony, she just showed up one day.  We put up lost and found poster but nobody claimed her.

Winter and spring where crazy here.  We finished the basement apt. and decided to rent it out, at least for this year.  Then we worked on the main floor bed rooms.  This meant putting in another bathroom, finishing the drywall and painting, the trim work and the bathroom cabinets.  But now the Bed and Breakfast is open!

We opened June 22.  We haven't had a guest yet but we are only advertising at one place right now.  Our rack card where only finished yesterday (only a month late).  We have had a few people come in for a tour though.  You can see our ad at http://www.lanierbb.com/,  then search for Kalispell,  Montana.

Gray graduated kindergarten this year and will start grade 1 in the fall.  The summer is going to be hectic here,  it takes alot of work to get the B & B going and Gene's work is closing, so he will be looking for work in the next couple of months.  We are in the middle of a heat wave.  It has been around 100 degrees
( 38 degrees C.) for the last week and they say it's going to last another week and a half.  The fire danger is getting pretty high.
