		Hike, ride a horse or cross country ski on the nearly 1 million acres of surrounding national forest and wilderness areas
		Soak in the world famous Pagosa Hot Springs
		Watch for native wildlife including: deer, elk, bear, mountain lion, bald eagles, owls, coyote
		Photograph a wildflower
		Float a raft down the San Juan River -- from mild to wild!
		Skate or fish on the ice this winter
		Explore the Anasazi ruins at Chimney Rock or Mesa Verde National Park

		Have a delicious "Chuck Wagon" supper and a beautiful evening of entertainment, western style, at Bar D Chuck Wagon. Come early to tour the grounds, there is lots to see and visit. We're just north of Durango. Take State Hwy 550 North to CR 252 (County Road 252) and follow signs.

		Drive the breathtaking Million Dollar Highway from Durango to Silverton (not recommended for those with a fear of heights!)
		Try your luck at the Apache Nugget or Sky Ute Casinos, each within an hour's drive
