Breakfast each morning is served in the Dining Conservatory which looks out onto Aleck Bay and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Seldom does a morning breakfast go by that an eagle, seals, the great blue heron, sea otters, or other fascinating animals are viewed by our dining Guests.
The Dining Conservatory
During your stay with us, we serve a different breakfast each morning; however, every breakfast generally has fresh fruit, a juice (usually orange), fresh muffins or coffee cake (usually hot), coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Sometimes Belgian waffles, German Pancakes, French Toast, potato pancakes, and most times sausage or crisp bacon is served along with special omelets or eggs the way you like them.
