I ride a 2005 Honda VTX 1300R, candy red. It’s my 1st motorcycle. Last January I decided to take the motorcycle class in Fond du Lac at moraine park tech, encouraged by my sister and sister-in-law who both ride.

On a shopping trip with my sister, I looked at the Honda 750 Shadow and the VTX 1300R, my eye always returned to the VTX. I left the store with a lot of info. That same week, before I knew it, my sister put money down on the VTX for me and I had some explaining to do to my husband. She wanted me to enjoy the same feeling she has every time she gets on her '05 Heritage Softail. Now I had the motorcycle, best get the license, which I did on May 22, 2006.

After a summer of riding, I knew there should be more. My sister-in-law remembered seeing a booth for Women On Wheels® at a BMW rally. I made a couple of phone calls and came across Sue Frish right in my backyard. We talked for two hours; that was it! I was hooked! I can't wait to start my new journey with you.
