I asked my Press Secretary to prepare a press release about my selection as GREAT FROG for WOW MEMBERS and ASSOCIATES and he managed to mess it up royally.  As a result he is now my Ambassador to Iran and on his way there now.  It seems if you want things done right you have to do it yourself.

Firstly let me introduce myself, my name is Longshanks Yardhopper III.  I am a male bullfrog and am 4 years old.  I live at Deep Pond on Deep Pond Road, where I was born and grew up.  I have 279 brothers and sisters, 18 of whom still live here at Deep Pond.

I was elected GREAT FROG at the May FROG CONCLAVE. There were 4 candidates

and I received 62% of the vote.  22% voted for my nearest competitor, with 16% divided between the other 2 candidates and write-ins.  It seems most of the frog population believe I am the right frog for the job.

I will keep as many of you as possible apprised of the latest doings around the Pond and any special functions or doings in all of Frogdom.
