ripe tomatoes

sweet onions
***(Valdiala
or Wala Wala)

ripe avocados
**fresh
cilantro

1/2 Tb. minced garlic
**1/2
cup balsamic vinegar

fresh limes
**salt |

Chunk
tomatoes, onions, avocados and cilantro in 1/2 to 3/4 inch
pieces.

Place
into a large glass bowl in layers.

Sprinkle
each layer with salt, squeeze the juice of the limes over
each layer.

Add
garlic and balsamic vinegar to each layer.

Mix
with your hands.

Cover
and place into the fridge for a couple of hours to serve cool.
