Terms Of Use
I do not have many rules but please read and respect the ones I do have.
  1. First and foremost - NEVER sell or barter my tags for money or services. This is a direct violation of the artist's copyrights and my agreements with them. Anyone found doing this will face prosecution from the artist's themselves.
  2. You may share my tag and IncrediLetter creations with friends and within groups, but please do not modify them or claim them as your own. This includes removing watermarks, ripping IncrediLetters (using letter elements as tags) or renaming my files.
  3. The tags that I make and offer are meant to be used as signatures in e-mail, groups and forums. Please do not make them into IncrediLetters or OE stationery without asking. Some artist's do not allow these things and it is just rude not to ask first. In most cases, if it was meant to be stationery then it is available on the IncrediLetters pages, but it never hurts to ask. I may just surprise you and say yes.
  4. By offering a tube for you to use I am in no way giving permission for you to actually use it - it is your responsibility to get permission and follow the artist's ToU. The artist's website links are available on each page that contains artwork not 100% created by me. If you don't know how to write for personal permission, e-mail me and I will help you.
  5. Do not copy and redistribute (in whole or in part) any of my tutorials or information through e-mail or groups or claim it as your own. Please share my pages using a text link only to http://home.centurytel.net/PSPers_Anonymous. You can link direct to pages - but there is no guarantee that I will not move pages around and leave you with a broken link.
  6. Never link directly to any of my images or files. This is bandwidth theft and is illegal. I will find you and report you. Just don't do it, it isn't nice.
  7. Please do not take any of my page elements. I have created them for my personal use. If you would like backgrounds and/or graphics for your site, contact me and we might be able to work something out (I never charge a fee for creating websets - availability depends on my time and health).
