This product used confusing terminology to identify different parts of a report. We couldn't change the terminology because it appeared in dialog boxes which were "too hard to change."

To help users, I created this drawing that illustrates the difference  between 'Page Headers' and  'Report Headers' and between 'Report Footers' and 'Page Footers.'
