I design help systems and training materials for delivery on the computer screen or via the web.

• Designed a simulation-based training system for the web at Tivoli. Unlike traditional CBT, this system allowed the learner to solve a problem without necessarily following prescribed paths to the goal. Only the success of the outcome was evaluated and reported on.
   
• Developed computer-based instruction courses for Dallas Independent School District math classes, grades K-12.
   
• Developed Computer-Based Training materials on commercial power plant operation for a private consortium of power plant owners.
   
• Created context-sensitive hypertext help system for VisionQuest for Notes, a system integration tool for exchanging data between Lotus Notes and VisionQuest.
